How do I send a referral?
Log into your OVME account and navigate to this page here.
From there, you can:
Enter your friend’s email address to send them a referral invitation
Copy and share your personal referral link directly
Your friend will receive instructions on how to redeem their referral offer when booking their first appointment.
What does my friend receive?
Referred First-Time Clients receive:
$50 referral credit toward their first OVME service appointment
Referral credits are valid for in-studio services only.
What do I receive for referring someone?
Once your referred friend completes their first appointment and their invoice is closed, you’ll receive:
A $50 OVME gift card
If you’re an OVME Member, and your referred friend enrolls in an OVME Membership, you’ll also receive:
An additional $50 bonus gift card
What is the Member Bonus Reward?
Current OVME Members can earn an extra reward when their referred friend becomes an OVME Member.
Member Bonus Details:
Referrer receives an additional $50 OVME gift card
Issued after the referred client enrolls in Membership
Membership enrollment can happen during or after the referred client’s first visit
Does my friend need to complete their appointment for me to receive my reward?
Yes. Referral rewards are issued only after the referred client books and completes their first appointment. Referral rewards are issued digitally as OVME gift cards and can be accessed through your OVME account and/or email.
Who is eligible to be referred?
To qualify as a Referred First-Time Client, the individual must:
Be new to OVME
Have no prior appointment or invoice history with OVME
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. There is no limit to how many eligible First-Time Clients you can refer.
What can referral credits be used on?
Referral credits for First-Time Clients:
Can be used on in-studio services only
Cannot be applied to products, gift cards, gratuity, fees, or memberships
Cannot be redeemed for cash
What can referral gift cards be used on?
Referral gift cards for referring clients:
Can be used on eligible services and products
Can be used in-studio or online
Cannot be redeemed for cash
Cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards or memberships
Can referral rewards be combined with other promotions or discounts?
Referral credits for First-Time Clients cannot be combined with:
Other promotional offers
First-Time Client discounts
Membership gifts or promotional service credits
Membership pricing and discounts may still apply where eligible.
What happens if I already have a First-Time Client discount?
Your local OVME studio can help to determine which option provides the best value for your appointment.
Do referral rewards expire?
Referral credits and referral gift cards do not expire.
Can referral rewards be transferred or shared?
No. Referral rewards:
Are non-transferable
Cannot be shared across client accounts
Must be used by the account holder who received them
Can I use multiple gift cards on one purchase?
Yes. Multiple OVME gift cards may be combined on a single purchase where applicable.

You can view your referral activity, reward status, available referral rewards directly through your OVME account by visiting here.
I had referral credit from the previous referral program. What happens to my balance?
If you have questions about referral balances, rewards, or credits from a previous OVME referral program, please contact help@ovme.com.
I referred someone but haven’t received my reward yet. What should I do?
Referral rewards are issued after the referred client completes their first appointment. If you believe your reward is missing, please contact help@ovme.com for assistance.
