| Dear Friends, Team OVME is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation — accordingly, we’d like to share our Zero Tolerance approach to client safety, and risk mitigation in the post-COVID environment. What does this mean? It means we’ve implemented a plan that is comprehensive, rigorous, and designed to not only protect our clients but also to allow for world-class customer service and to facilitate superior cosmetic outcomes. Upon your visit you will notice the following welcome protocols: Only 3 clients will be allowed in the waiting room at a time. Clients will be asked to wait in their car until we are able to receive you.All clients must wear a mask to their appointment. If you don’t have a mask, no worries; OVME will provide one for you.All clients (and team members) will be temperature checked upon arrival to OVME. If your temperature is above 100.1 degrees, we will reschedule your appointment in two weeks.Space permitting, all clients will be immediately escorted to a treatment room upon arrival. Consents will be signed in the treatment room prior to consult.Client facing providers (nurses, PAs, MDs, and aestheticians) will wear plexiglass face shields, goggles and anti-viral filter respirators (masks).Vitamin B12 shots will be given “to go” or by appointment only.Only one client at a time will be allowed in a treatment room.Appointments will be staggered to minimize lobby traffic.Treatment rooms will be sanitized after every visit. Our team members will be given additional time in between patients to ensure a thorough cleaning. Lobby / Front desk area will be sanitized once per hour. Credit cards will be stored on file to minimize handling during checkout.Our studios will be cleaned nightly by our studio teams and additionally cleaned by professional cleaning crews every other night. Weather permitting our studio doors will be left open to allow for natural aeration and the passage of fresh air.All OVME Studios have been treated with Microshield 360, a multi-step process that destroys and prevents pathogens from living on surfaces.
