S. Mark McKenna, MD MBA
Chief Medical Officer | Founder
S. Mark McKenna, MD, MBA is a father, husband, medical doctor, and entrepreneur. Dr. McKenna, originally from New Orleans, LA, received his Medical Doctorate from the Tulane University School of Medicine. He is a dedicated patient advocate and tireless community servant. When not working, Dr. McKenna enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and practicing / competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Colleen has over 25 years of leadership experience, starting her career in the cosmetics industry and having worked for notable brands like L’Oréal, Estee Lauder, Origin’s and Victoria’s Secret. She has also held senior leadership positions at Ralph Lauren, Kenneth Cole and Burberry. Colleen is widely known for her passion in creating a high performing culture that delivers exceptional client experiences. She maintains a talent first approach to achieving business results and leads from a place of positive energy, empathy and encouragement. Colleen graduated summa cum laude from The Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC, where she was awarded the Marvin and Lee Traub Scholar award.
Deirdre has spent the past 20 years leading high growth consumer businesses, in both private equity and direct operating roles. She has partnered with founders and CEOs of middle market, high growth, companies in the organic food & beverage, luxury retail, spirits and healthcare industries. Deirdre is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance. She received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Chief People Officer
Ed has spent more than 20 years in Human Resources, focusing on multi-unit consumer businesses from large public brands (Gap, Macy’s, Ann Taylor) to start-up / founder led brands (C. Wonder, Edible Arrangements) and private equity businesses (Burch Creative Capital, Atticus Franchise Group) with direct operating responsibility. He is known for partnering with founders, CEOs, and Brand Presidents to build strong company culture from “hire-to-retire.” Ed studied Psychology at Fordham University, is SHRM-CP Certified, and is a Board Member of SHRM-Atlanta.
Director of People and Culture
Chrystal is the Director of People and Culture at OVME. Along with the executive management team, her goal is to craft patient experiences that exceed expectation. Prior to her current role, she spent the last decade working in both the medical and architectural design industries. Chrystal holds a Masters in Architecture degree from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science in psychology from Florida State University.
Maria Wycoff was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She has over 15 years of experience in medical practice management, marketing, and operations. Maria believes that for any business to be successful it is absolutely essential to have a highly motivated team with a passion for customer service.
