Alissa Pace, ANP-C is a board certified nurse practitioner. She was the CC Cameron scholar at UNCC for undergraduate studies in nursing. She graduated summa cum laude from Vanderbilt University with her masters degree and began practicing as a nurse practitioner in Charlotte in 2007. Alissa’s passion in aesthetics led her to publish new research in the aesthetics field developing a patent pending technique. She strives to continue researching and educating to offer her clients the newest technology to achieve their natural aesthetic goals.
Chelsea Gough, PA-C

Chelsea Gough, PA-C is a certified Physician Assistant. She graduated cum laude from Auburn University with a degree in Microbiology before attending South University in Savannah, GA for her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. Chelsea uses her background in general and aesthetic dermatology to address her patient’s concerns comprehensively. She has a passion for helping her clients look and feel their best via non-surgical services that provide youthful, natural looking results.
Lindsey DelCasino Plair, FNP-C

Lindsey DelCasino Plair, FNP-C, DNP is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. Lindsey graduated Summa Cum Laude from Frontier Nursing University and is a Charlotte native. She has extensive training and experience in lasers and injectable treatments. Lindsey's genuine love for learning motivates her to constantly seek out the newest and best training opportunities. Her knowledge regarding the latest and greatest products is ever-growing. It's hard to meet someone who gets as excited as she does when discussing the topics of the overall aesthetic experience. She believes that injectables and photofacials are an incredible and important addition to her clients' beauty regime. In her free time Lindsey enjoys running, yoga, completing home improvement projects and spending time with her family. Kristen Dubeau has been a Aesthetician since 2017. Kristen has received advanced training in CoolSculpting and HydraFacials. She is committed to continuous medical education and always strives to deliver the latest techniques and services to her clients. She is not only an expertly trained Aesthetician but also a speed demon on the racetrack. On the weekends she competes in semi-professional asphalt track stock races. Can you say NASCAR anyone?
Liz Marshall

Liz was born and raised just outside of Columbus, Ohio. She brings over 18-years of experience in aesthetics, cosmeceutical sales, and has been a national leader in sales and service for large dermatology and medical aesthetic practices. Liz’s kind, caring nature make patients feel at ease during their procedures. Her motivation is having patients gain confidence by loving their skin. McKensi West

Mckensi is a North Carolina native and has been living in the Charlotte area for the last 6 years. She brings over 7 years of experience in the aesthetics industry and graduated with Honors from the Paul Mitchell Institute. Mckensi loves building long lasting relationships with her clients. Her knowledge, and bubbly personality makes her patients feel at ease and welcomed during their procedures. Katie is a graduate of the University at North Carolina-Wilmington where she got her B.A. in Psychology. In Katie's free time she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her friends, family, and Goldendoodle Murphy.
Morgan Brown
Patient Care Coordinator
Morgan is a Charlotte native and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she earned her degree in Business Marketing. She is also a Licensed Esthetician and a certified Phlebotomist. Morgan's background in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics drives her passion for sharing her experience and product knowledge with all clients looking for that glow approach. She loves hanging out with family, friends, and her boxer Louie in her spare time.
Taylor-Rae Drake

Taylor-Rae Drake is a Patient Care Coordinator here at OVME Charlotte. Prior to her current role, she spent the last decade working and studying in the medical field. Taylor-Rae holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Elon University. She resides in Charlotte with her husband, daughter and golden retriever, Millie.
