Currently the Studio Manager of OVME AESTHETICS in Franklin, TN. With over 25 years in the beauty, spa, and skin care industries, I am passionate about helping men and women become their best selves and strive for ultimate wellness. A lifelong health and fitness enthusiast, I love interacting with patients, answering their questions regarding various treatment options, and seeing their beautiful transformations and newfound confidence. Always welcoming and approachable, I take a genuine interest in the patient’s needs and do everything possible to ensure patients are fully educated about their desired procedures and treatment options.
Adam Dominick, RN
Advanced Medical Aesthetic Injector
Throughout his career, Adam has achieved two bachelor’s degrees in both Exercise Physiology and Nursing. After retiring from his first career in professional baseball, Adam went on for four years to practice in some of the nation’s most reputable hospitals on the ICU floor. During this time, Adam learned that he had another passion for aesthetic injectable services. He then spent time as an apprentice and completed many training courses to learn a vast amount of techniques and approaches to the practice. Adam has now been providing injectable services for over 4 years in Michigan and Tennessee. Within Adam’s practice, he is passionate about enhancing your natural look and helping his patients reach their aesthetic goals through correction, enhancement, and/or preventative approaches. His goal is to build a long-term plan to achieve and sustain the best results. He values building relationships with his patients where honesty and communicative conversations are present with a goal that every patient leaves the studio feeling confident and comfortable in their own skin! Adam is a native of Wisconsin and relocated with his family in 2019 to the Nashville area. In his free time he enjoys doing outdoor activities with his wife and two children.
Amber Cruth, RN
Advanced Medical Aesthetic Injector
Amber is an Advanced Nurse Injector and Cosmetic Laser Specialist. She is a graduate of the Missouri Western State University School of Nursing. Amber has over 13 years of experience providing medical aesthetic treatments to Hollywood’s biggest stars. She works with an array of medical aesthetic products and is well versed in the analysis and treatment of medical aesthetic patients. Amber favors a natural and personalized approach to cosmetic medicine.
Jamie Lynn Johnson, RN
Advanced Medical Aesthetic Injector
Jamie Lynn has a bachelor's in Nursing and is expertly trained in aesthetic injectable techniques, and has actively increased her knowledge over a 2 year span. She has worked alongside Plastic Surgeons and Facial Reconstructive Surgeons since 2018 and always seeks advanced training to practice top of the line services and safety best practices. Jamie Lynn is originally from Georgia and married to her husband Daniel, and is a former Tennessee Titans Cheerleader.
Lindsay Strobel, NP-BC
Advanced Medical Aesthetic Injector
Originally from Mississippi, Lindsay is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner who graduated with her Master’s in nursing from Hunter College in New York City. She worked as a cardiac and ICU RN in NYC for 8 years before becoming an NP and pursuing her dream of a career in aesthetics. She recently left her NYC injector career to move to Nashville with her husband and their two young boys. She is passionate about helping people look and feel their best and is excited to bring her skills to the Franklin team. Lindsay loves live music, good bard, and positive people!
Nicole Francesconi
Aesthetician
Nicole Francesconi is a licensed aesthetician in Tennessee and Colorado. She obtained her license in 2016 and has been in the medical aesthetic field for 5+ years. She is actively expanding her knowledge in the aesthetic industry by continuing her education through advanced certification courses. She is certified in laser treatments, HydraFacials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, Coolsculpting, and Microneedling (CO). Nicole has a passion for helping her clients achieve their skin goals and transforming them into the most beautiful versions of themselves. She specializes in creating a tailored treatment plan for each individual client, from providing the services to taking home the perfect products to maintaining their at-home regimen for glowing skin. Nicole's main goal is to always leave each client with their confidence as radiant as their skin.
Saylor Smith
Aesthetician
Saylor’s passion for skincare extends all the way back to her youth. Her love for skin and people make the perfect combination in the treatment room. Saylor is certified in Lasers, Micro-needling, Hydrafacial’s, and chemical peels. Saylor continues to expand her knowledge with the latest education and skills. She loves to make clients feel confident and beautiful. Outside of work, you can find Saylor sewing or loving on her three pups, Archie, Lilly, and Rafa.
Brandi Knight
Patient Care Coordinator
Brandi comes to us by way of Colorado where she gained experience in the Dermatology and Aesthetics world while she completed her Bachelor's degree in bard and Nutrition. While Brandi worked in Aesthetics her love for the field grew and she quickly became the lead of two offices, keeping patient experience at the forefront of her focus. Brandi enjoys experiencing all the great restaurants Nashville has to offer as well as the beautiful outdoors that surround the area!
Makayla Chavis
Patient Care Coordinator
Makayla is originally from Texas but has lived in Nashville, Tennessee for 12 years. She has been involved in the aesthetic industry for about four years now, with intense knowledge of the field. Makayla is passionate about making others feel great in their own skin and delivering the best customer experience that clients will remember.
