Naomi Ervin
Studio Manager
Naomi is an experienced hospitality leader with 17 years in the Beauty & Wellness industry. Naomi started her journey in the industry on the cosmetics floor at Nordstrom and from there she went on to work for brands such as Laura Mercier, YSL Beauty, True Mineral Cosmetics, and Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare. She moved to the Spa world in 2008, and worked her way up from Retail Manager to Spa and Retail Director for Resorts Spas with Pre Opening and Operations in Seattle, WA. Since moving to Dallas in 2020, Naomi has opened and operated four commercial businesses including a Salon, Barbershop, Fitness Apparel and Curio Gift store. Naomi is a licensed Yoga instructor, mother of two beautiful babies, and lover of horseback riding.
Chelsea Neal, RN
Advanced Medical Aesthetic Injector
Chelsea Neal is a Registered Nurse and received her BSN at the University of Arkansas in 2017. Her career started out working in the NICU. Currently with her years of experience in aesthetics as an injector, she continues her education by attending aesthetic master programs and seminars to stay up to date on the latest injection techniques while keeping her patients safe and as happy as possible. She believes her best quality as an injector is being conservative and keeping her clients looking natural. Her motto is “age beautifully and gracefully."

Payton is a registered nurse who was born & raised in the DFW area. She is currently in the process of completing her Family Nurse Practitioner licensure. Payton’s background in medicine stems from the oncology nursing field where she enjoyed uplifting and caring for patients on some of their worst days. Being a light for her patients cultivated her passion for health, wellness, and beauty and ultimately led her into aesthetic medicine. Being in the world of aesthetics, she loves that she can continue to instill confidence in others daily. Her goal for her clients is to enhance their beauty in a natural way, making each client feel like the best version of themselves!

As an actress and model of 11 years, Amanda’s passion for all things beauty developed early on life and led her to become an Aesthetician and Laser Technician. At OVME, Amanda looks to help her clients feel more beautiful and confident in their own skin.
Bailey Swinford
Aesthetician
Bailey’s bubbly personality entered the aesthetics industry in 2017. She’s a passionate Aesthetician with a unique background of extensive training around the U.S that will provide you with a knowledgeable and results-driven experience. Bailey’s love for health and fitness carries into her work; she’s always striving for continuous education to better her clients' overall skin health. In her free time, she’s engulfed in her books. Kathryn Reinke
Aesthetician
Kathryn is originally from Southern California, and moved to Dallas in 2019. She went to the University of Arizona where she graduated with a Bachelors in Communication. Kathryn attended the Dallas Skin Institute where she received her Esthetician License and continued her education at the National Laser Institute and obtained her Laser License. Kathryn has a strong passion to provide her clients with the best possible experience. Her goal is to always help her clients feel their most beautiful selves. In her spare time, Kathryn loves spending time with her two dogs and trying new restaurants in the Dallas area.

Lead Patient Care Coordinator
Susanne Daniels is a Patient Care Coordinator here at OVME Houston. She is passionate about helping people feel and look beautiful and confident in their own skin. She is dedicated to providing you with the best OVME customer service. Founder of digital blog, skimzey.com, covering everything from skincare, travel, and lifestyle tips. She resides in Houston, TX with her two cats.
Hazel Hogan
Patient Care Coordinator
Hazel's passion for skin aesthetics and naturally enhanced beauty has brought her into the industry with her soon to be acquired Aesthetics license as well as pursuing a Nursing degree. When not at work, Hazel focuses on school, expending her knowledge on skin, as well as adventuring to new spots near her Uptown home. By being a former Elite Member here at OVME Dallas, Hazel knows what our clients expect from us which she strives to deliver with every patient interaction in her current role and in future ones with the OVME team.
Mallory Johnson
Patient Care Coordinator
Mallory holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Texas Christian University. She was a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority and continues to be very active within her community. Apart from her passion for OVME, Mallory pursues her love for people and relationships as a Real Estate Agent in Dallas. Prior to joining the Dallas team, Mallory was an elite member at OVME. She has experience in the sales and promotional event industry and her energy is dedicated to delivering an unforgettable experience to all guests of OVME!
