What to Expect

Arrive with clean skin and minimal makeup if possible.

Avoid alcohol and blood-thinning supplements for 24 hours prior when possible.

Drink plenty of water, eat a full meal, and get a good night's rest prior to your treatment.

A small blood sample is drawn and processed to create platelet-rich fibrin.

Your provider will cleanse the treatment area and apply a numbing agent to ensure your comfort.

The PFRM Gel is then carefully injected into targeted areas.

Treatment typically takes 45-60 minutes.

There is minimal downtime after your service. Follow these guidelines to ensure proper healing and optimal results:
· For at least eight hours, do not touch, rub, or massage the treated area unless directed to do so by your Provider.
· Avoid applying ice or heat to the area for 48 hours after treatment.
· Do not apply lotions, oils, or makeup until 24 hours after your appointment.
· Avoid strenuous activities and exercise immediately after treatment and for 24 hours.
· Do not smoke or consume alcohol for at least three days post-procedure, as both can impair healing and may reduce treatment effectiveness.
· Stay hydrated and eat healthy, nourishing meals to support recovery.

You may experience tenderness, swelling, redness, or bruising at the injection site. These symptoms may persist for 7–10 days following treatment.
