What to Expect

One week before your appointment avoid excessive sun exposure and use broad-spectrum SPF daily.

Two weeks before appointment, refrain from chemical peels, laser treatments or waxing.

2-3 days before treatment, discontinue use of irritating or exfoliating products (retinol, retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, benzoyl peroxide, scrubs, or brushes) to limit potential irritation.

Contact your Studio to cancel or delay your appointment if you have an active cold sore, sunburn, irritation, rashes, or open lesions.

Your treatment begins with a thorough cleanse using medical-grade skincare.

The DiamondGlow handpiece glides across the skin using a diamond-tip applicator to:
· Exfoliate dead skin cells
· Extract debris, oil, and impurities
· Infuse a customized SkinMedica® Pro-Infusion Serum

The treatment is comfortable; you may feel mild scratching or tingling, which is temporary.

After the infusion is complete, medical-grade products are applied to hydrate, plump, protect, and nourish the skin.

Treatment time varies but typically lasts 45–60 minutes.

Skin may appear slightly red, swollen, or tight immediately after treatment and is temporary.

Avoid excessive heat or intense workouts for the remainder of the day.

Avoid exfoliation for at least 48 hours, or longer if advised by your provider.

Do not use topical Retin-A or retinoids for 2 days post-treatment, or longer if irritation occurs.

You may wash your face the following morning using recommended products.

Discuss resuming your regular skincare routine with your provider.

Avoid unprotected sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 7 days.

Apply broad spectrum SPF daily post-treatment.

Makeup may be applied the same day, but waiting 24 hours is recommended for best results.

Follow any personalized product recommendations provided by your provider.
