What to Expect

Avoid exfoliating products (retinol, retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, benzoyl peroxide, scrubs, or brushes) for 2–3 days prior to treatment to reduce the risk of irritation.

Contact your Studio to cancel or delay your appointment if you have an active cold sore, sunburn, irritation, rashes, or open lesions.

Avoid excessive sun exposure or tanning prior to your appointment.

Inform your provider if you:
· Have active acne breakouts
· Are currently using or have used Accutane®/isotretinoin within the past year
· Are pregnant or nursing
· Are on medications that affect skin healing
· Have sensitive skin, rosacea, or a known skin condition

Your skin will be thoroughly cleansed and analyzed to determine the best approach for your skin concerns.

The treatment may include cleansing, exfoliation, extractions (if appropriate), targeted masks, facial massage, and nourishing aftercare.

Your provider will customize each step based on your skin type and goals.

Allow 30 minutes for your Signature Facial experience. Optional enhancements or upgrades may add 15-30 minutes.

You will leave with skin that feels refreshed, hydrated, and balanced, finished with medical-grade skincare and broad-spectrum SPF.

Optional Upgrades to enhance and prolong benefits:
· Dermaplaning – Gentle exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and peach fuzz, enhancing smoothness and skin care product absorption.
· Red or Blue LED Light Therapy
· Red LED supports collagen production and reduces inflammation
· Blue LED targets acne-causing bacteria and helps calm breakouts
· Neck & Décolleté Treatment – Extends care beyond the face to improve hydration, tone, and texture in the neck and chest area.

To support healing and maintain your results following your Signature Facial:
· Use gentle, hydrating skincare for the next few days and avoid manual exfoliation or active ingredients like Retinol, AHAs, BHAs, and benzoyl peroxide unless advised by provider.
· Apply broad-spectrum SPF daily and avoid prolonged or direct sun exposure.
· Avoid excessive heat, such as hot yoga, saunas, or steam rooms, after treatment.
· Keep skin well moisturized.
· Follow any personalized product recommendations provided by your provider.

If you experience prolonged irritation, unusual discomfort, or signs of allergic reaction, please contact a physician and notify your studio.
