Studio Manager
Laura has over 20 years of retail experience. The last 12 years have been in the cosmetic and skincare industry. Laura has a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts and attended the school Makeup First, where she studied makeup artistry. She always believes that clients should walk out feeling and looking their best.
Branka Lugonja MSN FNP-BC
Advanced Medical Aesthetic Injector
Branka Lugonja is originally from Milwaukee, WI. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Family and Emergency Medicine background. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbia College of Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing from Alverno College. Branka has completed rigorous training through the OVME Institute and holds certification in neuromodulator and hyaluronic acid fillers injections. Her goal is to help clients feel their best version of themselves and gain optimal confidence through a natural approach.
Katrina Lynn, MPAS, PA-C
Advanced Medical Aesthetic Injector
Katrina is a board-certified Physician Assistant originally from Indiana. During her Master's program, she trained with leading dermatologists and plastic surgeons across the country. Upon graduation, she began working in aesthetics in Denver, CO, where she became certified in neuromodulator, hyaluronic acid, and Sculptra injections, as well as photofacial and radiofrequency microneedling treatments. Katrina prides herself on delivering natural results and holistically addressing clients’ concerns using a range of modalities to meet their aesthetic goals.
Casey Klauck, LE
Aesthetician
Casey is a licensed esthetician who values continuous education and growth. Besides her esthetician license, Casey has a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a Master’s Degree in Communications from Northwestern University. Since working in esthetics, Casey has become certified with major medical aesthetics brands and has studied skincare product ingredients in-depth. She loves to use her knowledge to help her clients get real results that make them look and feel their very best! Outside work, Casey enjoys spending time with loved ones, her fiancé Casey (same first name,) and his pet horse, Romeo.
Claudia Hurst
Aesthetician
Claudia has always had a passion for all things beauty. Her journey started as a freelance makeup artist, and she has been doing it for over six years. She realized how important it is to have healthy skin as a makeup canvas, so she went into aesthetics and never looked back. She fell in love with learning all different things about the skin and how to treat it. Claudia’s primary focus is result-driven treatments and helping her clients find their inner glow.
Aneliese Cruz
Patient Care Coordinator
With four years of experience working in a Dermatology office, Aneliese takes pride in helping others and providing excellent service to any client that calls or walks in the door. She ensures that all clients are comfortable and confident in their decisions and can answer any client’s questions. Her interest in skincare has evolved to not only working up at the front desk but also pursuing school for aesthetics. Once she graduates from the program, she would love to grow her knowledge and continue to become a Aesthetician with OVME.
Gabriela Aguas
Patient Care Coordinator
Gabby is a Chicago native born and raised on the city’s northwest side. She had worked in the health and wellness industry for a few years, where she discovered aesthetics and her love for skin and all things beauty. She attended school for aesthetics and is committed to providing the necessary education and guidance to any client seeking services to address their concerns. Her goal at OVME is to ensure that every client feels their absolute best from the moment they step into the studio to the moment they step out.
