Iman Shamloul, PA-C

Senior Director, Clinical Talent Development — OVME

Iman Shamloul is a board-certified physician associate and Senior Director of Clinical Talent Development at OVME, where she oversees the clinical training and education of aesthetic providers across the company's national studio network. With a background spanning emergency medicine, aesthetic practice, and national-level injector training, she brings both hands-on clinical expertise and a rigorous educational lens to reviewing medical aesthetics content.

About Iman

Iman Shamloul, PA-C, is a board-certified physician associate with extensive experience in both clinical aesthetics and provider education. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and her undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware.

Iman began her clinical career in emergency medicine before discovering a passion for skin health and facial rejuvenation. She transitioned into aesthetic medicine and joined OVME in 2022 as an Aesthetic Practitioner at the Bryn Mawr studio, where she built a reputation for natural-looking results and technical excellence across a broad range of injectable and device-based treatments.

Her clinical expertise was recognized early — in 2023 she went on to serve as a national aesthetic trainer and was elected as a member or our injector advisory board prior to stepping into her current role as senior director of clinical talent development. In this capacity, Iman designs and oversees the clinical education programs that train aesthetic providers across OVME's nationwide studio network, while also exploring and launching innovative initiatives to advance the field.

She reviews OVME blog content to ensure clinical accuracy, appropriate use of medical terminology, and alignment with current evidence-based aesthetic practice.
